Individual therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes long and focus on topics such as:

Athletic Counseling

Individual athletic counseling sessions are typically around 60 minutes long and specifically focus on sports performance concerns including:

  • Goal Setting

  • Fears and Mental Blocks

  • Returning from Injury

  • Mindset and Positive Self-Talk

  • Visualization

  • Early Retirement from Sport

Athlete Group Workshops

Each workshop (or group of workshops) can be tailored to the sport, number of athletes, session length and the mental performance areas that matter most. Please contact me directly to discuss your specific interests and needs.
